My intention in writing this book is to help aspiring Spiritual Warriors in their efforts to overcome their negative memories, conditioning and beliefs and thus to realise and overcome their ignorance of reality. Of course no book can resolve our challenges for us, but hopefully it may provide some ideas and guidance for us to use along our way. There are four sections: Section 1 addresses the Philosophy and Pathway that form the Spiritual Warriors perception of reality and how to approach the journey of life. It answers the question: What is Spiritual Warriorship? Section 2 addresses the state of becoming a Spiritual Warrior; what we must do so as to travel our Pathway towards Spiritual Warriorship. It answers the question: What must I do to make progress? Section 3 addresses the state of being a Spiritual Warrior; what we evidence in our life and in the world once we are actually living as a Spiritual Warrior. It answers the question: What does life as a Spiritual Warrior 'look' like? Section 4 addresses an annual program of Spiritual Warrior insights, one per week for fifty two weeks, designed to further expand your awareness and lead you onwards along your personal Spiritual Warrior Pathway. To become a Spiritual Warrior is to transcend our animalistic heredity, our societal conditioning and our personal negativity of belief and experience. It is to realise the truth of our spiritual potential. It's not easy, but it's incredibly worthwhile. Ken
