If you want to activate change, you cannot worry about what others think of you, but how you will be responsible for consistent improvement. You have to always be present and live in the now. Therefore, allowing you to choose to love yourself, trust the future and what's to come. We often get upset when things do not go according to plan, but we have to realize that this is not our plan. Remember, when the plan goes another way, get excited because you should know you are a step away from a breakthrough or what I like to say a huge transformation. I believe if you are willing to see it, believe it, dream it, speak it, and stay consistent with your faith, you can bring it into existence. Stop looking at things through the lens of a victim or the glass being half full because it will keep you in the victim's position. Your life will not always go as planned because if you expect it to be 100% predictable, you will end up in a vicious circle. Your experiences will stay within the same atmosphere keeping you in a negative outcome over and over. Start focusing on increasing your Trust & Faith to gain knowledge from the past experiences allowing you to grow into a future full of Happiness, Forgiveness, Love and connecting with your spiritual center. Start focusing on what you want because sometimes it's a process of elimination before you really step into understanding your true internal self. When you discover your true inner self, it should connect you to a nutritional journey that should lead you to a healthy lifestyle. The question becomes, at what age do you really know the true you? We go through life always questioning our actions to be our worst critic. This is the time to dig deep into your core and understand the real you to get to the new you.
