In 2016 I travelled in a camper van along the Australian coast from Melbourne to Brisbane. While visiting the Bahá'í Temple in Sydney, I was inspired by a visualisation which spontaneously occurred, and affected my whole being! After this experience I visited many natural beauty spots around the coast, the guided meditations in this book were written during prayer and meditation as I sat and connected to nature. I am a Bahá'í and I have used selected writings and prayers from the Bahá'í Faith. Bahá'u'lláh revealed the teachings of the Bahá'í Faith and His words have a great power and transformative energy. Apart from meditating on the Holy writings, Bahá'ís are left to discover what works best for them as individuals. I have incorporated into this book ideas and practices that I personally have found beneficial along my path of spiritual development in case others may also find them helpful. 'One hour's reflection is preferable to seventy years of pious worship' Bahá'u'lláh. Guided meditations can be a very good way to connect to one's inner self. With regular practice it does help you to reflect and release old ways of thinking which are no longer beneficial and make better life choices. Ultimately giving you peace of mind!
