Our world regressed into a state of decay after years of ongoing global conflict and recession. Daily supplies and basic necessities were scarce for those who could not rise to the top of society. For most, each day was a fight for survival and self-preservation. Our government did its best to look out for the interests of the citizens, but it could not do it alone. Sometimes it needed someone to step in to clean up the streets, to go into harm's way, to take care of business. Sometimes it needed someone to take down the public enemies, to come up with the plan, to do the dirty work. Sometimes it needed someone to cross the line, to be the hero, to apply the tactics of Priscilla Warfare.
