It's the year 2021 and the world is in a serious state of distress. Not long after Nicholas Von Miere and Seismic Jimmy returned to Sunset Strip, the sun failed to rise one morning. Nicholas has also sensed he is losing sight of his teenage daughter, Ilsa, but the problem is about to get worse than he ever suspected. One night at a carnival, Ilsa meets sixteen-year old, heavily tattooed hell raiser Danny O'Malley. The son of the late San Francisco Hellcats president and his alcoholic wife, Danny comes from an extremely troubled past.
