Every local church is composed of Christians believers, identified with a constituted body worshipping in one locality. It is a body of Christ, likened to a family, a flock, a vineyard and a nation. Every member is expected to be actively involved in church work starting by living Christ like lifestyle that promote unity. A church worker is expected to do all things without pride or partiality, recognize the place of others, respect and obey leadership, speak, act and work in cooperation, not in evil competition or eye service. As a worker in the church of Christ, you are called to be disciplined, show good example, be diligent, determined to do the right thing and to please God whom you serve by all means, at all cost.
