What if the wolf wasn't as bad as you thought? A simple misunderstanding--that is what it is. The wolf wasn't trying to be mean. All he wanted was to be of help to the three little pigs. He might have needed to find a different way to help the three little pigs that didn't frighten them so much to run away from him. He needed to find the right words to express himself that his actions couldn't and find a gentler way to approach the little pigs. The three little pigs could also have been a little more open in befriending the wolf when all he wanted to do was help.
