Emily's Shoes follows a young girl's adventures as she dreams each day of the week. Her dreams are as bright and colorful as a rainbow. The catch is, she only dreams when she wears her purple shoes to bed. The book is inspired by and dedicated to Jennifer's twin nieces, Amelia and Makenzie Kahn who were both diagnosed with a rare, inherited disorder of the nervous system called Batten Disease.
