He's assisted by his surfing buddy Jorge, Jorge's beautiful sister Javiera and a friendly street dog named Loco. Javiera has had an unrequited love for Victor for years, and it takes all she has to continue to stand strong. The novel is narrated by Victor, the lead terrorist and Loco the street dog. With humor and action, the story plays out in the major tourist attractions throughout the island, giving the reader a virtually tour of what the locals call Rapa Nui.
