Master of Disguise, Mark O'Dwyer, or M. O. D., works for Georgina Barber who runs a private investigation agency. Using his talent for quick change, he follows Katia, a rich Russian woman who may lead him to the coptic jars their client has commissioned Georgina and Mark to find. The artefacts are worth millions. When Mark witnesses a defenestration near Bond Street tube station, and when Bill and Ben, two thugs, turn up on the scene, it seems unlikely that the Francis Barber agency will reunite the owner with his property. However, Georgina is made of tougher stuff than the heavies expect and Mark has more disguises and subterfuge up his sleeve.
