Frisky and Bisky and their owner, Emma, embark on an adventure where they learn all about being healthy. They start at the library where they find recipes for great food. They go to the Farmer's Market where they create some havoc while learning about farm fresh food, and they visit the park where they learn how to exercise and have fun doing it. This book is suitable for ages 3-6, and will encourage healthy habits. Children will learn where their food comes from and that you can have fun eating right and exercising. A portion of all proceeds from book sales will be donated to charities local to the author that assist homeless children and animals.
