As a person I have constantly being on the journey of learning and have been updating my knowledge through reading a lot of books, attending a lot of seminars and above all having some great mentors in my life. I have been the Eklayva, to many a Dronacharyas in my life and have learnt a lot by imbibing the practices and habits of successful people. If I Look back at my life, I have been inspired the most by people who have started from scratch and created a name for themselves in their respective fields, especially Entrepreneurs and that bias comes, as I am one of them as well. The idea for writing a book like this came in my head during one discussion with a friend who was constantly in the belief that learning from the big heroic figures was one thing, however it was not possible to implement what they practiced as the size of the business that we operate are smaller and being an Indian Entrepreneur was a completely different piece of cake. I tried finding some material on stories of mid size entrepreneurs and could not find anything interesting or inspiring enough which someone could directly relate with one's own journey and take some lesson. That's when I decided that why not I write a book about some such stories and try and bridge that gap in mindset of people who want to emulate from people they read about but get stopped as they feel that those stories cannot be related. Each story is great and unique in its own self and personally provided me with a lot of learning and insight for my own business as well as personal growth. I hope that this book will go a long way in enhancing the lives of all the people who read through the pages and chapters and imbibe common traits/habits/practices coming about in each of these stories. The secret bridge between thought and result is action. I hope that this book plants a lot of seeds of thought and you take action from the learning in these stories to your life and create awesome growth in your respective fields. It really takes Blood, Heart and Soul to live the life of your dreams and these stories depict just that.
