In today's society, the lines between the community and law enforcement are drawn clearly. Once those lines are crossed, things can get drastic. Many times the ones that are here to protect are the ones the people end up needing protection from. From bullet wounds, to baton blows, to choke holds this country has witnessed the bloodshed of thousands over the years. The result of that bloodshed has come with deadly results. Cliff Brown is the direct witness to some of those most recent results.
