I will never forget the moment when she left this world. That Tuesday, 19 October 2010. She looked at me for the last time, and her eyes were calm and clear. It was the sight of a beautiful little girl which came into my life nine years ago and endowed me with infinite love and devotion. And then she fell asleep. Forever. Frantically, I held her paw as I was trying to bring her back from another world. But Zoe was gone.
