A step-by-step manual through the entire Tahara procedure (preparation of the deceased) which has been designed specifically for the Jefferson City Jewish community and Chevra Kadisha but is equally applicable anywhere. Note: the Jefferson City Jewish community never established the proposed chevra kadisha for their community and thus this booklet was never implemented for use. This is not an explanation of Jewish funerary practices rather it is a practical manual for those who will be engaged in the process known as Tahara.
