Inspiration for parents, teachers, therapists, anyone involved in child development. Here are two young sisters, beginning at age two, expressing their joys, fears, questions, hopes, sorrows, all with imagination and verve, often with surprising insight. While they were growing up, their mother jotted down their poetic utterances in a random collection of handwritten notes, which she gathered years later, formatting and assembling them into a book. Each poem is annotated to show the circumstances under which it was created. The overall message of this book is that the reader can enrich the creativity of children by encouraging their natural urge to create.
