Present: Representatives Black, Cole, McClintock, Sanford, Grothman, Renacci, Johnson, Lewis, Faso, Smucker, Arrington, Ferguson, Yarmuth, Moulton, Jeffries, Higgins, DelBene, Wasserman Schultz, and Khanna. Interim Chair BLACK. The hearing will come to order. Welcome to the Committee on the Budget Hearing on the Congressional Budget Office's Budget and Outlook. I want to thank everyone for being here this morning. We are holding this hearing today to discuss the Congressional Budget Office's budget and economic outlook which gives us a 10 year projection of our spending, our national debt, and how the economy is going to perform over the next decade.
