After a terror attack that takes Violet O'Hara's brother and best friend, her life feels clouded with darkness. She finds it hard to go back to normal, everyday things because of the guilt she carries surrounding that day. Through weekly sessions with her therapist, Violet is introduced to a whole new outlook on life--light. As Violet begins to put herself back out into life, she meets some people who begin to change it. Soon, the darkness in her life becomes the brightest it has ever been.
