Chapters 10-13 have everyday practice exercises. practical exercises of one to five minutes to develop patience and positive thinking in children. The intention is to train children and adults to think originally, creatively and optimistically so that peacefulness becomes a habit of being . The book is necessary in present society to undo the damage created by the traditional education system which has created restless, unhappy, negative thinking adults due to a stress on performance and competition over peacefulness and joy in participating in the process of co-creation . Success needs to be redefined as that experience where happiness for self leads to happiness for all, where winning means benefit for all and where growth is defined as increasing peacefulness, originality in thinking and good health . Success when accompanied with happiness, peacefulness and self love creates an increase in good health and peacefulness in society where happy, peaceful, harmonious adults feel prosperous; whereas an educational structure where focus is on competition over compassion is the lead cause of increasing restlessness in human minds, diseases in the body and violence in society wherein the corrupt and unhappy feel successful. Associating success with peace and happiness is necessary for corruption to decline and inner truth to rule over choices of life . Teaching peacefulness as a habit is as necessary as teaching excellence as a target of education to create a peaceful world.
