As a young man, I was introduced to poetry and thoroughly enjoyed using language and structure to convey ideas and thoughts, feelings and emotions. Story telling is part of our human nature and I enjoyed finding ways to share an experience clearly, cleanly and concisely. I also enjoyed the flavor of words and how each can have a special sense to the reader. Poetry should be read aloud involving more of your senses ... as you might savor a fine glass of wine.
