Hello and welcome, my name is Jeffrey Poe. Going Out Of My Mind Body is a brief look into some of my life's stories of non-physical adventures out of my body. Beginning at the age of six I began have strange non-physical events happen on a regular basis. I have experienced every thing from looking down on my own sleeping body, too shooting though outer space, other dimensions as well as seeing through the eyes of other people and animals. Some of the stories will be about OBE's Out of Body Experiences, Lucid Dreaming, Remote Viewing, Deep meditation insight, Inner visions, and other strange events in my life. Captains log Star date 1970 Oklahoma City. Six years old and just woke up. A vision of things to come appeared in my mind. A vivid view of the house we would move into a few weeks later. Shooting through space like a rocket ship on steroids. Passing planets into galaxies, nebulas and into the vast void of space. Remote Viewing the dark side of the moon to find humanoid creatures mining oar. And then as if someone changed the channel of my life. (click) I am in a women's house and I look to be almost see though liquid metal and I walked right through the front door as if it was not there. So are they crazy dreams, wild imagination, out of body experiences or am I just crazy? These are the questions that have run through my mind for a good part of my life. This is just a touch of the experiences I will be talking about from my past 47 years in this book. So hang on tight if you can and Go out of my mind or body with me.
