This final volume of this series is verdue. This author started Volume I in the year 2005 and finished Volume XII in 2009 which consisted of National Archives Microfilm M685 rolls 1-5. The first twelve volumes consisted of 45,857 Miller Application abstracts. This new volume contains 11,757 exceptions or reconsidered decisions from the first twelve volumes or original 45,857 abstracts submitted by Special Commissioner Guion Miller on May 28, 1909. The Commissioner's finished product for this volume was submitted January 5, 1910.
