she did! God's promise was unbelievable from

a human perspective. Isaac was born out of the

laughter of disbelief. Have any of God's promises

on the history of God's people, showing how

important it was for God's people to trace their

roots and cling to their ancestral ties. Even today

there is a universal human need to belong. This

book illustrates that the stories we tell today form

our future while reflecting our history.
