About the Author

Cheryl J. Harris received a BA from Pacific Christian College (Hope International University) in Fullerton, California, and recently received an MA in organizational management from the University of Phoenix. Through corporate opportunities, Harris continued training in adult education, collaboration techniques, conflict management, and change management. Harris is certified in the Zenger-Miller Leadership for Results curriculum and has developed leadership training programs for all levels of corporate management. She currently resides in Bothell, Washington, with her husband, Harlan, and two daughters.
