He was bitten by the acting bug after being introduced to the theater via the Pittsburgh Public Theater. After appearing in numerous stage productions and making his television debut in the made for TV movie, "Jackson's, An American Dream," Crummy later went on to become the interim artistic director at the Pittsburgh Public Theater. Currently residing in sunny Los Angeles with his wife and two children, he continues to build upon a thriving acting and writing career.
