A severe infection almost took her life but, instead, it took her leg. After time in the hospital, and then rehab to learn how to take care of herself again, author M. L. Bushong went home to learn how to manage her life all over again.



Though her family was ready to help as much as they could, she needed to earn her own independence. Through it all, she found that God was still there. He became a constant source of encouragement. Then, the idea began to form in her mind that God had a miracle for her, to restore the leg she lost, and she chased after a renewed relationship with Him.
