To the Justice System: My Rebuttal pertains to a lawsuit that lasted five years and that Carmen Smith ultimately lost regarding the Bill Jones and Carmen Smith 2012 Family Trust. Included are the various trials Carmen endured, while believing she was a victim of elder abuse and racism.

Carmen dedicates her rebuttal and PRAYS that her story will educate and help people who are being abused.

Carmen Smith loves to go to local churches, collect food, and distribute it to families in need. She is called to help others in many ways and is grateful to the Lord that she is a strong and healthy person to be able to do that. Carmen also loves to dance to Latin music.
