Biryani - a word that immediately makes you drool and your mind conjures up images of delicately but richly seasoned rice dishes oozing with flavour. I was once asked to name a dish that best describes me, and I could only think of the Biryani, with its flavours, layers and the individuality of bringing it all together. I believe that's how we are as individuals, in all our beauty, and the elaichi or black pepper, popping up once in a while. Biriyaniness is my tribute to this amazing dish. A compilation of biryani dishes from across the world with an added dash of my own flair and my personally-crafted variations of this classic dish. I hope to take your taste buds for a little journey across the globe.
