Santa Claus tries an experiment to have a special day for all the good children in a local town. He expands his experiment to more towns. When he receives a letter from two children who have heard of this special day in a far off land, Santa decides he must make this special day for all good children all over the world. This is a time before Santa's reindeer learned how to fly. If they can't find a solution on how to reach all the good boys and girls across the world, Christmas may have to be cancelled. Forever! Oh me! Oh my! No Christmas? Santa's lead reindeer, Xavier, meets a dwarf named Fred.
