Yet, that is what happened in the immigration line at London's Heathrow Airport. For her it was a time of firsts - first time in an aircraft, first time leaving the United States. She had left her home in Seattle, Washington, the previous day and now felt tired and not a little anxious. Then she touched the man waiting in front of her.
