The it factor is everything...or at least that's what Raeth Thower thought to herself as she prepared to take the stage at the biggest moment of her life.



Several years before Raeth was born, a mysterious disease caused an epidemic that killed thousands of people. It was eventually contained and eliminated, but Raeth and the hundreds of other children of those who were killed were born at risk of developing the disease as well. As a result, an isolated community, known as Camp, was created to monitor them. Camp was perfect-perfect to everyone except Raeth. She couldn't explain why, but she just had the worst feeling about the place and believed the only way she could escape was by unlocking the it factor-a mysterious, commonly unknown ability that seemingly made one unstoppable.



Now after years of training and practice, she finally got the chance she always wanted. A change as it would turn out that would affect her life in ways she couldn't even imagine.
