This is an inspiring book, based on Edna's professional and personal experiences, with honest emotions that come from the heart. I especially like the ideas, the easy writing style, interesting stories and the special summary points at the end of each section. They are a quick reminder of the important ideas and thoughts of each section. I instantly felt connected, as I know the subject well.

I absolutely love the many practical suggestions that turn complex processes into easy steps, as well as the many lovely stories illustrating the various theories that make the examples so real. I found the chapters on self-love, the power to change and choices in life, interesting, inspiring, thought provoking and very useful.
