The Paris Air Show's big race is coming up.

Wouldn't it be great to enter? Wouldn't it be great to win?

But Tallulah can't fly.

And there has never been a female pilot in Europe, and there never will be.

At least, that's what they tell her.



This is Calypso's story about how she helped Tallulah ignore being told No, just because she was a girl.

It's fun to try something new, even when people say you can't.

Especially when people say you can't.

Calypso is a sweet, bossy, clever little cat who lives with Tallulah in 1920s Art Deco Paris.

She knows all the Important Cat Rules off by heart and has an answer for everything.

Tallulah travels around the world having adventures and Calypso goes too, to keep an eye on her.

She helps Tallulah to be brave and fierce and independent.
