Happiness is feeling content in whatever situation you find yourself. It is an emotion that affects our physical and mental well being, governing our health. Many people look to other people and attachments, wealth, or a profession for happiness. If these are lost, they fall apart. God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, the creator of everything, is the only accurate unshakable way to happiness. After saying this, no one is happy all the time and rightly so. How can we understand joy accurately? Only by the experience of sorrow. Yet we also have choices. We can choose to be positive and stay on a happier side of nature, or we can choose negativity and downheartedness. The Bible gives us much understanding of how to live a happier life. Jesus said, "You shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free." John 8:32. Freedom is Happiness.
