Winter's Not Forever
Jerry E Breese
James Bronson returns home from the Korean War suffering from PTSD, but is determined to follow his dreams of marrying his high school sweetheart and owning a farm. But tragedy strikes and James' faith is shaken. He becomes emotionally and spiritually depressed and socially withdrawn, questioning what he really knows about God. It is as though a bitter winter has invaded his heart and it will never again be spring. In the middle of a blizzard James seems to get a second chance at love, but a jealous ex steps in to prevent it at any cost. Will there ever be another love that thaws his winter heart? Jerry and his dear wife Karen of forty-six years reside in the Kansas City area where he is currently the Teaching Pastor at a Bible Church . He has been in the ministry for over forty years and is a graduate of Calvary Bible College and Dallas Theological Seminary. The Breeses have four grown children and four grandchildren.
