Dr. Yates is well equipped to present materials to assist others in bettering their position as corporate individuals. He has over sixty years in the fields of education, leadership, and management and possesses a writing style and purpose which is readily transferrable to the world of work. Dr. Yates has earned advanced degrees in English, Reading, and Educational Administration while working as a teacher, coordinator, supervisor, vice principal and principal. As Department Chairman of English at a large urban high school, he created new aspects of textbook budgeting and departmental scheduling to streamline and simplify teacher/student interaction. Dr. Yates also wrote many curriculum guides and program evaluation processes which he made available to staff, students, teachers, and parents.
