Wrestling with Destiny is an inspirational autobiography. A short story with poems to inspire and encourage others. This story chronicles heroin addiction and recovery from it. Destiny is not only a form of fate but a play on words describing my lover. We spent three years together living out this tragically beautiful tale. Included in this publication are a collection of poems from 1986-2021. I believe this will give insight as to why I was predisposed to falling prey to this addiction.
