The miracles are not over yet. I thought I already knew all the causes of my negative childhood. That is not the case yet. Who knows what else I will discover. My latest discovery in the field of psychology is the existence of gaslighting, a very cunning manipulation technique of mostly hidden narcissists. Its characteristics are difficult to recognize. But after studying this psychological subject well, I recognize many characteristics in the behavior of my narcissistic family members. No, I don't need to have studied psychology to be able to draw logical conclusions. My common sense has always worked well, and is now also functioning well. When studying gaslighting, I remember, as HSP, more and more details about the mutual behavior within our family. That information is a kind of revelation for me, because the more I know, the clearer everything becomes. The clearer it becomes, the calmer it becomes in my head. Through my therapy I now realize that I can deal positively with my negative experiences. I have become spiritually richer, which makes me even more positive. The more positively I deal with negativity around me, the more positively my life becomes. As HSS, I keep trying and experiencing to ensure that I only deal with positive people. After all, I have the choice with whom I want to have contact. I remain optimistic for the rest of my life, because it is of no use to be busy with negativity. Negativity is always present, but I don't have to be busy with it. Yes, I have the choice to be busy with the positive things in life. And I do that as much as possible.
