An unorthodox, non-academic investigation the narrative enters into by the characters living their lives out. With obvious reference to the poem 'The Blind Men of Hindostan' one supposes! Within which the author finds Alain Badiou's observation that "in so far as being, qua being, is nothing other than pure multiplicity, it is legitimate to say that ontology, the science of being qua being, is nothing other than mathematics itself." in his book 'Being And Event' quite enigmatic. While the characters do not consciously investigate themselves within both the realms, they do live out within themselves. As ordinary everyday individuals. And in doing so, help us look at the ordinary world of the average ordinariness they somehow help us think about, if not rethink about. Especially in the so-called age of the Anthropocene, the idea of the Human Agency pits itself against the idea of the Human Agent. Something that necessarily needs to be examined.
