Behavior Surge employs behavior analytic principles with a humorous flair, creating a well-rounded approach to cultivating trust while preserving compassion and mutual respect. Based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and utilizing over a decade of research, Behavior Surge consists of 16 lessons, all of which include thorough descriptions of treatment interventions, handouts for therapists, behavior analysts, and school staff, and data collection worksheets. The most unique aspects of our guide are the subjective interviews geared towards caregivers; we restore the role of the caregiver as the expert and integrate the family's values into each lesson. The frequency and length of each lesson may be collaboratively chosen by the therapeutic team and caregivers.
