A. - Beautiful As You Are was established in 2014 as an avenue to assist the self esteem, love and confidence of one wonderful young lady and has evolved into a thriving organization helping hundreds of young girls. This facilitator's guide was created from the numerous small group sessions conducted and proven over the years to impact the lives of the girls participating in B. A. Y. A.. Also, upon the request of motivated community change agents who have requested the implementation of B. A. Y. A. in their communities.
