This is an updated version of a book for young adults set in a remote area of the Blue Mountains near Sydney. It is a romance, as well as a mystery with an element of history and fantasy. Two young people discover a secret place, but also find love and much more. The discovery of a diary of a young woman written in the year 1900 sets them on a journey of discovery and the solving of a mystery, after they also discover the skeleton of a long dead woman and her unborn baby. Her story and her past is also entwined with their story and the present day, and leads to questions and finally answers to an old mystery and murder, and a present day re-enactment of the events of the past, which continue to affect their lives in the future.
