With this book I do not intend to discover anything new, maybe my letters and thoughts have some subtlety, or with my own words I share something essential to make sense of life; I intend only to give them alternatives to make their lives something meaningful, that impacts their happiness and makes them discover roads or paths where they must travel, walk and not run, it is like when it dawns, and we want to have a good day, and at sunset we learn that there are more failed challenges or mistakes made than the disappointment that overwhelms us, which fills us with fears, carelessness and perhaps sadness; you are the engine of your existence, and you must be perfected or perfected with your best clothes, but above all that you have been able to maintain your sensations so that you wake up with joy and sleep with the calm and peace desired. Many are those who yearn to be better, change their lives to be happy, but they do not have the will to do it because they do not dare to modify their ways of being and act to be different, it takes energy, daring, character and firmness to forget about indifference, discouragement, weakness, and refusal to be different, to be better because you deserve it; I do not give you rules but advice that you will take or eliminate, that can make you see different life and find the walls that prevent you from going to a place of thought that will make you valuable human beings for yourself.
