When asked what he wanted to be when he grew up, Rayshawn's answer wasn't what others would consider normal. Not striving to be a doctor, lawyer, policeman, or firefighter, he wanted to be a famous rapper, something Rayshawn's friend, Bobbi, had tried to tell him was impossible. Rayshawn doubted himself in the beginning, but after being told he could be whatever he wanted to be, he started to believe it. Rayshawn worked hard at his dream, entering talent shows whenever he could. When he got older, Rayshawn's dream of becoming a famous rapper came true, and he realized all he had to do was believe in himself.
