The Adventures of DickHeadMan Stephen Sipila

In a world of mutated freaks a mutant named Dick has a penis for a head and runs a detective agency. Like most mutated Americans he just looks really weird and has no useful powers. But when a series of actual popular superheroes are murdered Dick starts to investigate and suspects that there is a super villain out there who is plotting something evil and possibly trying to frame him for these murders in the process. With his band of fellow mutated freaks Dick will set out to try and solve the mystery of who is killing superheroes and why.
