As the rumor of section changes begins spreading through the tunnels, Scarlett and her twin brother Justin, seek hope for a new beginning. With their father gone and their mother believed to be dead, they only have each other as order begins to collapse. Scarlett, weary of her supposed leader, seeks to uncover President Rhodes' secrets. Between moments of fear, love, and death, Scarlett must fight for herself and those she cares about if she is to survive a society that is determined to control her.
