When a woman is apparently murdered in her own home, suspicion falls on DCI Geoff Bridges. Suspended from the force, Geoff turns to his friend Ex-Detective Inspector Jack Mitchell for help. Jack, is now working as a Consulting Detective, juggling a number of different cases, but he resolves to help his friend. However nothing is quite what it seems and it soon becomes apparent that Jack can trust no one. As he attempts to unravel the web of lies and deceit, Jack puts not only his own life at risk, but that of his friends as well.
