The Book of Ephesians instructs us to Pray 'always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit.' The phrase 'All Prayer, ' covers every type and style, from the set liturgical manner of praying to the more spontaneous. I believe that Prayer should make use of both forms. It is my desire that 'Rhythms of Grace' will be a helpful tool as you develop a disciplined, deep and consistent Prayer life with a powerful ongoing rhythm that will take you into deep and hidden mysteries of the Kingdom.
