Newly appointed FBI Special Agent Luke Doggit accept the task of establishing a new unit, called Strange Phenomenons. Luke and his team are called upon to solve the strange and mysterious cases; no serious FBI agent wants. Is this another FBI Project Blue Book? Luke's promotion is a set-up and doomed for failure before it starts. Someone inside the FBI is plotting against Luke's SP1 unit. However, when a bizarre case arises, an interesting man, named Enoch appears on the scene. It all begins when Enoch shows up in a small California town warning the residents about an impending flood and then disappears. Luke begins the search for Enoch; as he and his team chase Enoch all over the country. Who knows when Enoch will appear next. The interesting thing about the stranger is; as soon as he seems to quickly vanishes. Baffled and intrigued by the disappearances, Luke and SP1 struggle to figure it all out. Who is Enoch? What will happen if and when Luke and the SP1 unit find him? Is there a higher divine purpose behind Enoch's plans. Is he seemingly following a Biblical pattern? What is he trying to prove? As the Director of the FBI grows concerned, what will Luke and his team discover about the mysterious man, named Enoch and his mysterious plan?
