It is heartbreaking to see too many GREAT leaders leaving ministry each year. Actually, 4 out of 5 pastors/key leader leave ministry forever before year 5. So I decided to focus my research for my Master's Degree and now my doctorate on the reasons why pastors quit, and what can be done to keep pastors/restore them for the long haul. I compiled my research into a book, my third book, called "Why We Quit." This book certainly applies to ALL pastors and key leaders, whether you have been in ministry 3 months or 40 years!
